Gerardo Alonso is a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience leading implementations of Human Capital Management systems, cultural transformation processes and relations with different unions and the Ministry of Labor.

Given his academic training, it is natural for him to lead training and development processes as well as teams focused on Change Management.

He has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the IAE, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the National University of Quilmes and a Master’s degree in Labor Relations. He has participated in a significant number of courses and specific certifications in the area.

Gerardo joined the Conuar team in 2012 as part of the team that led the growth of the Company, based mainly on the life extension project of the Embalse Nuclear Power Plant.

He is currently in charge of the Human Resources department, personnel administration, payrroll, medical service, general services, training and development of people with the particularities of each Business Unit. His vast experience has been developed in leading companies in different industrial and service sectors. Gerardo was born in Buenos Aires where he currently resides with his wife and daughter.
