Cold Pilgering and Cold Drawing equipment and facilities for producing one-piece seamless tubes up to 35 m length, meeting nuclear, aeronautical and petrochemical standards.

Advanced Heat Treatments

Vertical and Horizontal furnaces for tubes or components up to 7m high or 36m length, at inert gasses atmospheres or high vacuum.

Comprehensive Testing

Fully equipped and certified mechanical, metallographic, chemical testing laboratories and on-line NDT (UT and Eddy Currents).

PROVED FABRICATION

CNC U-Tube bending machine, advanced glass bead peening equipment for straight and U-Tubes for increasing surface corrosion resistance by micro-surface-tensions and, proved stress relief capabilities and procedures for U-Tubes.
