Eng. Marcelo Bercellini has been working at Conuar for 17 years, with extensive experience in the design, manufacturing and provision of components, services and tooling for the nuclear industry.

As SM&S Business Unit Manager, he leads a multidisciplinary engineering team that has carried out challenging projects, such as the manufacturing of all the internal components of the Candu 6 reactor, for Embalse Refurbishment Project, which he knows in depth. On that opportunity he was also responsible for the manufacture and installation of Feeders and Feeder supports.

Marcelo and his team are always present supporting the needs and development of Argentine nuclear power plants, providing tailored solutions including special tools and services based on their extensive operational knowledge. Recently, he was responsible for the design and operation of the tooling that allowed the repair of the Atucha II power plant .

He is currently part of a team responsible for the critical design review of the Carem25 modular reactor and is responsible for the development of critical equipment and internals for the Atucha I Extension Life.
